Nominations

All nominations are united by the agenda of making new efficient communication spaces by adding functions, which contribute into strengthening the LETI academic community.

1. LETI Gateway

Contest continues the program for upgrade of LETI public spaces. Started in 2021 it was dedicated to the 135th anniversary of LETI, the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University.

Previous contest “LETI – Future Academic Spaces” has presented more than 200 projects from 9 countries. Winners of the American lounges nomination got the opportunity to implement their projects. Today these new venues for meetings and self-studies are gratefully used by the LETI student community.

New Contest invites young architects and designers under 35 years of age to compete in 4 nominations.




Summer LETI Metalab

International school to introduce art & science objects into the environment of a technical university.

Program objectives

  • Transform LETI campus into a place where the creative potential of young professionals is realized
  • Widen the context and spheres for the application of engineering and research findings by integrating them into creative projects
  • Give students an sight and novel tools for science and creative activities
  • Establish interdisciplinary creative teams and joint projects for LETI campus
